I will be doing dozens of book reviews in the coming months. Some of the books will involve the stock market, some will be computer related, and some will feature health since I believe the best
way to stay out of the doctor's office is through taking health supplements.
One supplement that I have been taking for at least 25 years is Coenzyme Q10. This coenzyme energizes the heart and protects mucous membranes like the gums. When I was just 35 years old, I had massive chest pains one day while I was at work. I immediately modified my diet and then looked for supplements that might help me.
Coenzyme Q10 along with a better diet virtually eliminated my chest pains. I also noticed more energy while taking the supplement. One of the books I have reviewed is called Miracle Cures. It talks about the benefits of Coenzyme Q10 as well as other supplements.
Another health book that I am commenting on is The Right Dose. How do you know if you are getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet? The author estimates the approximate amount of vitamins and minerals in a lot of different foods. She then tells you the safe supplement dose for over a dozen vitamins and minerals.
